Overview
With the "Custom Questions Categories" section, you can provide your customers with an answer for every situation you can think of as there are no limitations to the number of custom questions you can set up!
This article will show you an example of how you can set up a custom question, and its response.

Providing examples
It is important that the examples you provide the Chatbot contains keywords and are phrased in a way you'd expect your customers to ask.
In this example, our category is "Event Enquiry". This may include things like weddings, birthday parties or corporate events. As such, we have added in five examples for the Chatbot to use.

In this example, we are setting up a category for pets.
We've set up seven example questions, trying to capture the most commonly used phrases and keywords when it comes to bringing a pet to a dining establishment.

Setting up a good response
Adding in more information in the response may also help to answer your customer's question before they ask it.
In this example, our response indicates that both kids and pets are welcomed, along with a link to our kids menu.
