Business Info

In Business Info you will be able to add, edit and delete Brands, Location Outlets and Location Groups. The Company Profile is also under Business Info.

To locate Business Info go to Settings > Business Info




Business Info is divided into three parts: Info, Location Groups and Company Profiles




Info

This is where you can create new location outlets for your brands and edit their information. All location outlets and their respective info will reflect in the different modules of Momos (Surveys, Forms, Microsites etc.)


You can select the brand you like to view



Under each brand is their location name, addresses, timezone, location group, connected platforms




You can edit the location's information or delete the location under Actions



Once deleted, all information connected to this location including customer feedback will be lost. If you like to temporarily disable the location and not see feedback, you can toggle the visibility instead.



To edit an existing Brand, click on the arrow beside the Brand Name




Create a New Brand and Location


To create a new location or brand, click "Create" at the upper right. If you like to add a new location under an existing brand, select the brand. Otherwise, if you like to create a new brand, click "Add New Brand"



Fill up the information and click "Add New Brand"



You will then be prompt to create a location for the brand.


The suggested format for the location name: [Brand Name] - [Location]



For the address, please make sure to select the address from the dropdown that will populate when you type the address



If your location has a location group, you can select it from the drop-down or you can create a new location group



The Connected Platforms show which Feedback platforms are connected to Momos

For your third-party links, you can select from various social media platforms



As well as delivery and reservation platforms



All of these third-party links will be reflected in your Microsite.

Finally, you select all the service options available which will also be reflected in your Surveys.



After filling all the information, click "Save"


You can also have the option to add Employees for each location. This is so you can have the option to rate the staff for each location when you enable it in Surveys.

Operating Hours will be based on the location's Google Business Profile




Creating a Location Group

Location Groups are convenient for organizing nearby locations under a common label or for assigning an area manager to oversee a specific set of locations.


In the overview, you will see the Group Name, Brand, Location (Number of Locations in the Group), Actions.


Under Actions, you can duplicate, edit and delete the location group.





To create a location group, click "Create Location Groups"  at the upper right and fill in the details.




Company Profile

Company profiles are a requirement for outbound campaigns. You will not be able to send out an email campaign until your brand has a company profile set up.


Similarly under Actions, you can edit or delete the company profile if needed.



To create a company profile, click "Create New" on the upper right and fill in the needed details and select all the connected brands.
