Sharing Your Offer


You can share offers in four ways: by attaching them to a survey, creating a reusable link, making a single-use link, or sending them directly via email.


Attaching it to a Survey:

If you like to add an offer reward for answering a survey, go to your selected survey and click on the pencil to edit.



In Settings, make sure the "Award offer for completion?" option is enabled


Add the offer on the first page of the survey and save the changes. Customers will receive vouchers upon completing the survey.



Creating a Reusable Link:

You can use a single link for all vouchers, shareable through various channels. The reusable link can be issued multiple times. This also helps you save time from creating multiple voucher links.


On the left side, under Activate, go to Analytics and click on “Offers”.


Click on the offer you like to share and select “Share Offer” under the Offer title. Select “Create Reusable Link”. Click "Add New" to create the reusable link.



The link can be edited, downloaded as a QR code, copied, or opened in a new tab.



Creating a Single Use Link:

Click on the offer you like to share and select “Share Offer” under the Offer title. Select “Create Single Use Link”. Click "Add New" to create the reusable link.



You can specify a source for labeling purposes. Generate the desired number of links, which can be downloaded as a CSV.


Sending Via Email:

Offers can be sent via email manually or by uploading a CSV list.


Click on the offer you like to share and select “Share Offer” under the Offer title. Select “Send Offers Directly via Email”.



When uploading a CSV, there is a maximum limit of 200 emails per batch and should follow this format:

When inputting manually, just indicate the name and email on the appropriate fields, and just click the “Add recipient” button if there’s a need to add more recipients.



Redeeming an Offer


If the customer has been given the offer share link, they will be prompt to provide their contact details.  Regardless of your offer settings and channel of distribution, your customer will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem your voucher.




After filling their details, they will be informed that an email has been sent:

When you click "Redeem", it will lead you to this page with the step-by-step step instructions:





Select then the location where you will claim the offer:


After selecting location, the customer will just need to show the screen to the staff to redeem the offer:



If you have set a pin code in offer settings, the offer will request for the pin code before proceeding to the rest of the steps:


If you have made the sales amount mandatory, there will be a section where the customer will be prompt to input their order amount before proceeding:


If you have a minimum order value set, the offer will not proceed until the minimum order value is met:



If you set a coupon code, it will display at the end after selecting a location:
